Thank you for your interest in my art services. By purchasing art from Koorivlf (the Artist), you (the Client) agree to the following conditions:

• I. The Artist has the full right to refuse service for any reason.
• II. The Artist can accept Commissions of clean and mature nature. The Client must be at least 18 years old to inquire about mature artwork.
• III. If the Commission inquiry contains a copyrighted character not owned by the Client or is deemed to be a subject matter the Artist does not want to depict, the Commission will be declined.

• I. Prices listed will be base prices, unless stated otherwise.
• II. Additional fees for details such as complex characters, backgrounds, text, or alternations may be charged. The Client will be informed about any fees added.
• III. The payment must be paid in full before the Artist starts on the Commission, unless the Artist states otherwise.
• IV. The Artist will send the invoice link to the Client once the cost of the Commission, in USD, is agreed upon.

These expectations are subject to change depending on the type of the Commission.

• I. A visual reference of the characters is needed. Descriptions only can be used in rare cases.
• II. The time needed for the Artist to complete the work depends on the Commission type and the current work queue. Discuss with the Artist about any deadlines that need to be met before the Commission is accepted.
• III.There can be Work In Progress pictures sent to the Client depending on the Commission type. In most cases at least one will be sent to the Client.
• IV. The Artist may post the finished artwork to galleries but is not required to. Discuss with the Artist about keeping the Commission private before the Commission is accepted.

• I. The Client is only paying for the Artist's labor. The Artist retains the rights to the artwork produced. This includes but is not limited to reproduce, distribute, and portfolio use.
• II. The Client retains the full rights and ownership of their respective characters.
• III. The Client may display, crop, resize, print, and use the content they receive for non-commercial and non-blockchain use. Low resolution content being distributed by the Client is preferred but not required. The Artist must be credited when posting content to any site, unless the Artist states otherwise.
• IV. No individual or group besides the Artist may use the artwork for commercial purposes unless a written agreement is made between the Client and the Artist.

I. The Artist can make alternations depending on the progress and type of Commission:

• Idea Phase
• Minor and major changes can be made as long as it pertains to the Commission type.
• Sketch Phase
• Minor changes and 2 major changes can be made as long as it pertains to the Commission type.*
• In Progress/Near Completion
• 5 minor changes can be made*
• After the Commission is done:
• The Client can still request for edits*
• Artist Mistakes
• Any mistakes made by the Artist will be fixed within reason.

*Any more minor or major changes are up to the discretion of the Artist and the Client may be charged a fee for the agreed upon change.

I.The Client can request for a cancellation of a Commission. The base refund fee is 5 USD. If the Client has a valid reason that the Artist will accept, the fees will be waived or lowered.

Otherwise, the Client has the right to:

1. Cancel the Commission and inform the Artist of the decision before the payment is due. No refund fee will be incurred.
2. If payment is sent to the Artist but work has not started, the payment minus any fees incurred will be refunded by the Artist back to the Client.
3. If payment is sent to the Artist and work has started, up to 60% of the payment + any fees incurred will be kept by the Artist and the rest will be refunded back to the Client.
4. If the Artist is near completion or is completed, no refund will be given to the Client.

II. If the Commission isn't completed within 5 months of the Artist receiving payment, a full refund will be given.

III. If the Artist is unable to complete the obligations under the terms of this Agreement due to uncontrollable circumstances such as but not limited to natural disasters or severe medical injuries, a full refund with be given if possible.

IV. Mature content will not be made for minors. If a Client who is not an adult, under 18 years old (USA law), is found trying to inquire about mature content, the request will be declined. If the Client tries to hide the fact that they are a minor while inquiring about or buying mature content, they will be banned from getting any future Commissions from the Artist.
